Terms and Conditions for Krummholz Ceramics

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our products and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Krummholz Ceramics' website (the "Site"), purchasing products, or enrolling in workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Krummholz Ceramics offers hand-crafted pottery, custom ceramic commissions, pottery workshops, functional and decorative ceramic wares, Raku firing experiences, and unique sculptural pieces. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery, variations in color, texture, and size are inherent to hand-made items. Please note that computer monitor settings may affect the appearance of colors.

3. Workshop Enrollment and Cancellation

Enrollment in workshops is confirmed upon full payment. Workshop fees are non-refundable within 7 days of the workshop start date. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund or credit towards another workshop. Krummholz Ceramics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to another date.

4. Custom Commissions

Custom commission requests require a non-refundable deposit to begin work. Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery. Specific terms, including design approvals, timelines, and revision policies, will be outlined in a separate agreement for each commission. Due to the bespoke nature, custom commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved and completed.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, creations, content, and imagery on this Site are the intellectual property of Krummholz Ceramics or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Krummholz Ceramics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or our products and services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Yukon Territory and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
